To get the right ID to build a sweet home indeed is a very difficult decision for us as it will costs you hardship of savings.
We’ve spent quite a number of times to source the ideal ID with the reasonable price along with the designer who is having same frequency/idea with us.
More than 10 quotations were requested and compared between various of IDs.
We’re so fortunate we’ve chosen Yujia and met Jarolyn from Yujia.
Despite our high expectations and requests, Jarolyn had shown her patience and professional skills in handling our requests and fulfil it with our ideas.
During renovation phase Jarolyn even help us to follow up with HDB/town council contractor lately on the electricity issue even it’s not her problem.
Even after handling the keys while the project completed, Jarolyn had manage to follow up with some maintenance jobs.
Thumbs up to Yujia, it’s more than words can describe our appreciation on your hard work and professional service.
We do understand it’s not easier to appoint good contractor with quality and good attitude in Singapore. But perhaps that’s the room of improvement.

Mr Carry did a commendable job for my home renovation. He is a good-natured person, approachable and easy to speak with. He has been accomodative and flexible during the renovation process.
He is an ID who is attentive and receptive to hear and receive all forms of ideas from you, and yet able to input his creativity to connect with you to produce an accentuate proposal. No questions or doubts ever sounds silly to him. Carry is able to provide solution and solve issues promptly be it big or small.
My ideal home matches with the initial discussions, plannings, the 3D drawings and the final carpentry works. Carry is efficient in work and my home renovation completed ahead of time.
Renovation can be a breeze and hassle-free if you select a honest ID company and have a great ID to pair with.
I would recommend Yujia Interior and my ID Carry Kam to my friends and family.

I need to thank Carry for making my new home at Canberra a great place to live in… My hunt for a good reno designer went on for almost 3 months and finally I decided this was it…
I had the time to go over with him what I needed for my home. He listened with patience and suggested inaccordNce with my needs… Thus we came up with our plan Nd the best Budget for the same….
I was a bit apprehensive hearing negative comments from those who had done reno with other IDs…However after getting the keys, the whole project was completed swiftly within 3 weeks…,
He has done a great job, personally inspected every work… from screeding to tiling… laying vinyl tiles … to electrical retiring and fittings… to carpentary… glass work…He also went all out to get all the electrical appliance at an affordable price… not butvthe least even got me a good deal for my curtains
He is also very receptive to post reno issues and suggestions

Reasonable quote and able to meet deadlines and requests. Zac has done reno for my previous hse n current one. He has nvr failed to meet our requests n what I like is he always very responsive. Good customer support even after the Reno period. �
Yujia was recommended by a friend of mine, and i decided to engage them after meeting a few ID during the course. They didn’t fail me. Not only are they responsive, they are also very proactive and committed to their job.
Of course there a few hiccups along the way, but was resolved eventually without any fault pushing. This was such a smooth and positive process which i myself have never even expected to be, fuss free to be exact. Overall workmanship was great, and design is pleasing, just as what i have expected =)
Whether you are 1st time home owner, or 2nd timer. They are great to work with should you are considering doing your renovation.
Yujia is definitely a renovation company I have no qualms to recommend to my friends. The project manager, the contractors and even the administrator are very friendly, competent and professional in what they do. After meeting up with so many ID, finally we choose Yujia and our decision was right. Our ID Zac Chai was fabulous and helpful.

Initially, I was cautious about engaging a relatively new firm as my ID. However, I met Zac and I felt he understood my requirements.
Though there were minor hiccups along the way, he was always there to follow-up.
